With over 13 years professional working experience in IT/Help Desk roles, of which 6 years in management at a mid-level position. I'm an analytical thinker, I'm systematic and methodical and I approach tasks with a eye on the details. I'm smart, adaptable, and a quick learner. I take copious notes and thoroughly research clients as well as the company and the team I'm a part of to best contribute.
